Template creation and implementation
I, along with the art director, writers, and content strategists created a template to use for the design and writing of emails. The goal was to create a recognizable and cohesive brand for our members.
After we agreed on the template, I created a reference file for the designers and writers to communicate the colors, format, character counts, etc. so writing and designing would be more efficient and follow brand guidelines.
Here are some examples of the template being used (and some that go off-template but still fit within brand guidelines). This also included adding conditional logic so each member received specific messaging for their health plan. These are all built with HTML and CSS using Dreamweaver.
Other email projects
I also worked with IT to create designed emails for their Okta system. This included adding tags so each email had specific data pulled in for each user. These are all built with HTML and CSS using Dreamweaver.
University of Mississippi
Most of the emails I worked on came from the Marketing department and followed a consistent brand voice and writing style. These are all built with HTML and CSS using Dreamweaver.
Different departments and organizations would come to us to create email campaigns for them. These were not necessarily University of Mississippi branded but were a bit more outside-the-box. These are all built with HTML and CSS using Dreamweaver.
